Centric has a two-tier governance structure. Hans van Waayenburg has been appointed as CEO. The executive board also includes Peter van Dongen (interim CFO), Freddie Veltmaat (CTO), Debby de Gelder (CPO), and Tim Klinkert (CLO).
The supervisory board consists of Jurjen van der Wiel, Harm van Goor, Dick Heerschop, Barbara van Hussen, and Pieter Schoehuijs.
